The hotel felt in need of a thorough clean and better maintenance. "Staff were excellent but the hotel room was a bit tired with some general maintenance required. Very hot in the heat wave conditions with only a small desk fan provided and windows unable to be opened more than a few inches. Meal was disappointing. Beer was cold"
