During our stay, we experienced significant service delays, notably in the provision of towels. Despite making four separate requests and being assured of prompt delivery, we waited over 30 minutes without receiving them. Additionally, the cleanliness of our accommodations was below expectations. The bed linens appeared unchanged upon our arrival, and, regrettably, we discovered unsanitary conditions, including urine on the seating. Furthermore, the air conditioning system was markedly inefficient, resulting in uncomfortably long waits for the room to cool. These issues collectively marred our experience and raised concerns about the hotel's commitment to guest comfort and hygiene standards.
