The location is great, just a block from the Mag Mile and many good restauarnts within walking distance. Hotel itself seems a little tired though. Could use some upgrade. Staff was super helpful and friendly. For the money not a bad stay...especially in that area.

The room had a bit of an odor, which the staff were clearly trying to address as there were air fresheners on the AC/heat unit. Otherwise, the room and bathroom were clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable. The refrigerator in the room didn't go below 48 degrees, which was not sufficient for food; only beverages.
