It’s an older hotel surrounded by parking lots and next to train tracks. However, it was clean, reasonably updated and staff were friendly and helpful. It’s a good place to stay when you’re coming and going thru EWR, with excellent shuttle service, but I wouldn’t want to stay there longer term

I spent two nights in the last 4 Weeks at that terrible Place. I prepaid the nights and couldnt cancel. Its a disgrace, both times were horrible. I had Insects in the bathroom, the sheets were dirty, the floor was sticky, the sofabed was broken, the rooms both smelled badly its all run down - i was offered new rooms - but that did not change anything. New room had same or similar issues. The Wings in the Restaurant were disgusting - I did not even have a look at the breakfast, I just wanted to get out of there. The people at the frontdesk were not helpful at all! As I left, I realized after two hours, that we forgot my daughters favorite jaket in the hurry of leaving there. I went back and asked at reception, the man gave me a room key to check, if it was there. Just as I arrived at the room the cleaning lady finished the room - she had a big trashbag with her and I could see my daughters jacket in there. I could not belive, that she would just throw it away. I dont know whats wrong with that place, just stay away from it!

Arrived before check-in time, but it wasn't a problem for the very nice employee at reception. The room was large and spotless, bathroom renovated and clean. Prices at the small restaurant on site were reasonable.

Had higher expectations for a Best Western Plus. The hotel had a very weird smell, lots of people smoking dope outside, the smell lingered into the hotel. Saw a few very large cockroaches running out of the elevator. Only good thing was it was super close to the airport. Thankfully I only had to spend 4 hours there; otherwise I would have rather slept in my car

The area was noisy, which we expected being surrounded by the airport. The beds were very uncomfortable so soft and you felt every movement the other person made. This was my greatest complaint

The whole building smelt like pot. The customer service was terrible, made you feel like it was an inconvenience chevking in, didn't give any info where ivemachines were. Did not share that breakfast was included, anogher hotel guest clued us on to this.

Very clean, great staff
Hotel staff was super friendly and very helpful. Free 24 hour shuttle to the airport leaves every 30 minutes. Rooms were very clean. Overall great value. Would definitely stay here again.

Worst hotel I ever stay in. Despite the listing saying parking is free, it is not...only for the time you stay there. At least the other sites tell you how much it is to park. And they park your car, not you. You have to leave your keys. The room smelled. Obviously people smoked in there at some point. Then there was a gang of young folks running around, yelling in the halls, slamming doors until well after midnight. No action by management ir if there was, they didnt care. I plan on taking this up with the head office. Disgraceful!

Paid extra for a room with a jet tub....the jets did not work. The area surrounding the hotel is a bunch of warehouses and broken roads. I believe there was some kind of construction happening early saturday morning. There is one vending machine in the entire 6 story hotel and its in the lobby and only takes cash. Never Again
