DoubleTree by Hilton New York Downtown
Do NOT stay here. Every time I took the elevator I had to wait a very long time, literally up to 30 minutes. I had to plan my whole trip around allowing 20-30 extra minutes every time I needed to get into or out of my room. The towels in my room also smelled like cigarette smoke.

PUBLIC, an Ian Schrager hotel
The twin bed room was tiny and mattresses on floor with no bed frame. Stayed w one child who is teenager. The glass enclosure of bathroom was see through. So no privacy. Also could hear the person next room snoring through the wall at night.
