My spouse and I had a terrible check-in at this hotel. We reserved a room a month earlier; we arrived at the hotel at 10:50 pm, and we got our key at 12:25 am.
They said the room is available, but we cannot let you get the room!!! Also, when we asked why we cannot have a room, they didn’t give any clear explanation!!! Each time they said to wait ten more minutes to fix it! Also, they confirmed that our reservation is correct, and the problem is based on hotel miscommunication. Also, at midnight after waiting for more than an hour, they told us that you are not patient and it is better to find another hotel for tonight!!
Also, we emailed managers that night, and we haven't received a response yet after six days.
The room was clean, it had a city view, and it is a seven-minute walk to a subway.
