Third time at this place and I always love it!! Great location and love the food at the coffee place downstairs. This was I think the first time that I did notice a few staff members that were ruder than I expected. Specifically, someone at Main Desk when I called inquiring about check out times. Just my preference but I usually appreciate a response when I say thank you rather than a half grunt and hanging up on me. Little put off from the interaction.

I was deeply disappointed by the misrepresentation of the size/space. I felt mislead about parking being “covered / endorsed”. That means $46 rather than $51. My thermostat was not on at all for temperature control, when I called the front desk I received rudeness and passive aggressive context. The room was tiny and the food was mediocre at best. I would say - overpriced is an understatement.

It is a charming little oasis in Tribeca....the staff was warm and helpful. I loved the coffee shop on the ground floor - you can tell the people in the neighborhood are fans as well. Love it. Reasonable. Comfortable.

Superb hotel in SOHO district of NY. Great accomodations. Rooftop bar had a nice view of skyline while enjoying a night cap, the restaurant offered a nice menu between breakfast and dinner, and the room was very posh. Definitely great spot for business travelers and/or families to stop in while visiting NY.

My first time in NY and I wanted to stay in this location, and this hotel was so cute & modern. As soon as you walk in it smells so good too! They stored our luggage while we waited for a room and we walked down the street to eat. Such a great location to walk & the rooftop is a vibe. Loved it.

Great view from rooftop bar and view. Convenient location to west village and soho areas and Hudson River walks. Comfortable bed. Facility fee was ridiculous and housekeeping was late and lax. Fragrance overpowering in lobby. Air conditioning was noisy and keurig coffee maker was not restocked and inconvenient to use. No microwave.

Loved the rooftop area. Room was small but very comfortable and well decorated. Check in staff was just okay. Gym was tiny with only one treadmill.

poor recepition area. It isn't quiet during the weekend due to the bar located on top. The elevator usage by their customers should be limited to only one elevator so you don't share the service with drunk people.

The staff was very nice, the hotel was nicely accommodated and the location was good, but they added about a third more cost to the bottom line, only some of which were labeled ostensibly as taxes. Also, shame on me for showering in the morning, but there was no hot water.

The property was not in SOHO. There is NO transportation between airport and hotel, it costs $60 or more each time via taxi or UBER. The room is small compared to others I have stayed for the price, (but it is NEW YORK, which I have never been to before). There is no microwave. Shower is difficult to use(you have to get in to turn the water on which hits you full on with a cold blast and you can't turn the nozzle away). The bed is comfortable and there are plenty of plugs. There is not alot of closet space. The rooftop bar is nice, but was a little chilly, so we did not spend alot of time up there or in the restaurants, so I can't say anything about them.There were extra charges that were not included in the price($40 Day Service charge-for what and an additional $200 deposit). My suggestion is to ask alot more questions and as I found out, better deals were affordable downtown for the timeframe we went in February, just not knowing the area, we did not look very hard. Do look around first.

We liked the hotel but the 2 times we tried to go the roof top or eat breakfast there was a private event or it was closed. Dont plan to eat there or check the rooftop bar openenings.

This is my second biz stay at this fantastic hotel. I love that it's tucked away in the West Village - away from the hustle and bustle. Service is great. Rooms are clean and well appointed. Views to river are lovely. Looking forward to another visit here in the Spring

Lovely hotel in a quiet and safe area of New York. Very helpful staff and nice cafe downstairs for breakfast/lunch or dinner. The rooftop bar is amazing for views and cocktails/small bites. Highly recommend. Rooms are spacious for New York, and we had a lovely view of the river and NJ skyline. Also had a complimentary umbrella to borrow in the room which was helpful when it rained! The only negatives I can think of are that the air conditioning is quite old and noisy (bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper), and I didn’t think the hotel was very eco friendly. They changed the towels every day (even if we left them hung up and not on the floor). I think the hotel needs to do more to be more eco friendly in this regard. Also they supply small bottles of water, these should be bigger to minimise plastic waste, or just have a water station in the lobby or on each floor. Overall a very nice stay in a great area of New York and close to the subway, would stay again.
