staff was mostly nice, I’m 18 and they almost didn’t let me in because they said I need to be 19, when it clearly says online 18+ check in. After I showed the employee that he let me in. Nice room, was clean when I arrived.

Clean, comfortable room, conveniently located just across the street from Kings Theatre. The halls did smell strongly of smoke, but I didn't notice it once I was inside my room. I was disappointed that they weren't able to store my bag before check-in, so keep that in mind if you're planning to get into the area early. Otherwise a perfectly fine stay.

I stayed here over the weekend and all I can say was the bed was amazing!!! I slept like a baby, the hotel was clean, the staff was polite and welcoming, conveniently near the shopping area, and not too far away from family

The staff at this hotel was amazing! They answered my questions and provided fast customer service when I called reception. Only downsides: No secure parking garage for guests; there is only limited street parking, which feels unsafe. While the beds and towels were very clean, the room itself could have been better cleaned, with some visible stains, hairs, and debris on the ground.

Overall the place was good. Clean and neat, quiet over night. However the smell of what i beleive to be marijuana or similar drugs was overwhelming when we walked into the room.

Room was not clean, walls were very dirty. Room smelled like cigarettes masked with room spray. Dirty pillow cases. Very loud, both with outside noise and inside noise. Could hear toilet in next room flushing. Parking was easy though and it’s in a convenient location. Staff was friendly.

Was an adequate stay. Hotel was basic with soft drinks available at the front desk for purchase. Hotel was clean and well kept. Did not feel safe outside after dark...but that has more to do with Brooklyn than it does RedRoof. I would not hesitate to stay again.
