"We enjoyed our stay at Mercure Hotel Aachen. The room was clean and staff quickly responded to our request for extra pillows (we originally only had one each). All of the staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was good. Not much noise outside considering how busy the Christmas markets were, so we slept comfortably. "

"Für dieses Jugendherbergsniveau und bei der Lage mitten in einem Industriegebiet sind 76,00 Euro definitiv zu teuer. Man bekommt bei der Buchung keine Nachricht vom Hotel auf´s Handy oder per Mail.
