Room was spacious. Staff were friendly and facility was clean. Valet parking was a bit expensive but worth it to avoid the hassle of parking in New Orleans.

The staff went over and beyond to inform me of the surroundings concerning dining, entertainment, and all requested accommodations were addressed in a timely manner with my stay. I truly appreciated the customer service and would stay here again.

They need to keep the rooms updated. I guess they think water damage is ok to have and not fix. There is a bus stop in the front next to the entrance so there are always people hanging around waiting for the bus. Breakfast is basic but good. Staff is friendly

I picked this hotel based on the size of the room and proximity to the French quarter. My travel companions and I really enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and decor was updated. We also loved that hot breakfast was included daily. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was that the ironing board was missing from our room and valet took over 40 minutes to bring our car. Overall we had a great stay and I would highly recommend.

The first room they gave us had bugs crawling on the mattress and the mattress was filthy the second room was better in that area but the pillows were full if hair when asking for pillowcases the front desk caucasian lady said they didnt have any to give me the black lady went and found some. Just terrible pictures wete nothing like actual hotel and room the rest of the staff was great

The location was great and convenient, within walking distance to many of the places that we wanted to visit. The price was of great value. The room was ample and well kept. The staff was very friendly and accommodating with our requests. All in all a great stay while visiting New Orleans. I would definetely stay here again.

Parking is $45 per night! This should be disclosed on the website. No complimentary water. Purchased two small bottles for $8. Sofa bed had no bedding or pillows and there was no hand soap in bathroom. Called front desk and they wanted me to come get them. I did not and asked them to drop it off in my room and they did. My overall impression is that they are not customer service oriented or interested in making your stay comfortable. I would recommend going elsewhere.

El hotel está bien ubicado, pues está cerca del barrio Francés. El hotel es limpio y el personal muy queridos y siempre dispuestos a ayudarte. Sí deben mejorar en el comedor en la mañanas, pues el hotel estaba lleno y la comida se acababa y debíamos esperar para que sacaran más , sin embargo un señor hispano, fue muy querido y siempre me ayudó. Deberían tener más gente en los desayunos para atender, pues el joven no podía con todo.

The property was walkable to most of the famous attractions in the city. The bus transportation was on par, just right outside of the hotel or within a one block walking distance.

Location is less than 10-15 min walking distance to Bourbon. Quiet hotel. Lobby is clean. Staff was pleasant. We especially appreciated Brandon for his dope personality and suggestions for local restaurants and things to do. Rooms were okay and bathrooms could be a little updated. Loved the rooftop. So relaxing and calm. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall good stay at this hotel. The suite was massive with a full kitchen. It was about 15 min walk to Bourbon St. We took an Uber most places if we didn't feel like walking. Thought it was well priced for the accommodations.

Budget friendly accommodations, conveniently located, but the pillows were the hardest we have encountered at any hotel. Quality sleep makes all the difference, and it was hard to achieve with rock hard pillows.

The room seems okay upon entry… however after a few minutes the various stains in the carpets, countertops and then sheets were soon discovered. Staff makes you sign a paper saying you won’t have a party yet we heard loud music around 2am. 4 star hotel is a stretch, the breakfast offered in the morning was minimal and mostly gone and not replenished around 930. Never again.

Received a boot on our car within 30 minutes of a parking to check-in, drop our luggage off, and come back down to pay. Parking situation was confusing and a mess. Rooms are extremely small and hot water in shower is very consistent/short lived.

The room was dirty when I went downstairs to the front desk I had asked them to have my sheets changed because it was dirty and the black guy i talked to gave me sheets to change the bed myself and there is nothing he can do about it and I also found somebody sunglasses under the bed I was so disgusted and disappointed and they don’t want to give me my refund !!!!

Fantastic and perfect place for our first visit to New Orleans. We greatly enjoyed the location of being nearby to so many popular sites and destinations. We were delighted with the great breakfast, clean rooms, and the staff was helpful and friendly.

They housekeeper never cleaned our room and never took dirty towels. The room had a bad smell to it.. other then that it was nice

Hello Marsha,I am so sorry that it was not mentioned to you that our property only offers housekeeping services every 7th day. It looks like you were here for 3 nights; however, we could have taken your dirty towels, trash, or given full service upon request. Again, I do apologize for our shortfall in communication.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was spacious and nice. But the fridge in the room was super loud randomly. I had request that to fix on the first day but it was never resolved. There was some water damage on the ceiling and the kitchen sink in the room was broken. The continental breakfast was good though, did not need to add any salt because it was seasoned.
