Loved that you could self-park your car. The full hot breakfast buffet items were really good. The room was very clean the carpet could be changed out.

Very nice upgraded rooms. Some of the building interior still needed some work - but the rooms were nice. Dishes and silverware should be included in the kitchen areas.

The room that I stayed didn’t have a trashcan ,hair dryer or tissues. And also room phone didn’t work.So I had to go to front desk to tell them about them. I asked them to bring those items above to my room but they didn’t do it when I asked a woman at the front desk. I asked them again and then they finally brought them.

Never had enough towels, our garbage was overflowing. There were no shades over the window, so it was hard to sleep in daylight.. The bathroom was only accessible through the bedroom. It was fine, but would not necessarily recommend.

Room window reminded me of an old hospital ward. Two of the staff members had saucy attitudes, one of which was particularly rude. Chef Ron’s Gumbo Stop was very good, which is next door to hotel.

The staff was excellent and helpful. The lobby is clean and inviting. The room was a bit musky smelling and old. The beds were comfortable enough. The hotel was a quick drive to downtown NOLA. Overall for the price it was okay.

Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We were checked into 5 different rooms upon arrival due to various reasons. Toilet didn’t flush in the first room, second room the air conditioning was not working. Most of the rooms did not have a place to hang clothes because the bar was missing in the closets. We finally just settled and made the best of our situation. No one seemed interested in fixing any of the things that were broken. My husband and I are not people that usually complain but this hotel needs some work!

Overall the stay was fair. What I will say is it’s misleading for Expedia to post complimentary breakfast only to find out there’s a fee. No issue with there being a fee. The wording needs to change. Also I was having breakfast one morning and two employees of the hotel got into a huge argument that almost resulted in a physical fight. The language used was totally disrespectful to hotel guest. I started to feel unsafe at that moment but I made it through. Other than that I would’ve rated the hotel higher.
I am sorry you didn't enjoy your restaurant experience here with us. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you also witnessed with our staff during your stay in the restaurant. We do take all comments seriously and will review and coach where needed, in regard to this.
