Everything was great from valet to front desk to housekeeping. My only thing i didn't like was the super hard bed and only one towel per person, which i had to request extra towels And toilet paper. .otherwise perfect location and extremely super clean. Our room had a king size bed and hifh ceilings.. would also would have liked to be able to have a tv guide but we really didn't have time to watc other than super late or eary mornings. A

The pool was filthy completely no one got in it. We sat around the pool and talked because of the location. There were spider webs in our window, completely dirty we couldn’t enjoy the view from the room. The staff were excellent in customer service and the Restore’s actual good

The only issue I had was bathroom faucet wasn’t working properly and I reported it but was never addressed, overall everything else was excellent.

Location was excellent. Very walkable and streetcar was across the street. Sloan at the front desk was wonderful in helping us change rooms when we were first right next to the elevators! Made all the difference in our stay! Thank You!

The staff was awesome. The bed was like a taco. I literally had to lay in the middle because it sunk in the middle. Room had a smell. Fridge didn’t work until we moved it to another plug. Couldn’t use the coffee make because there was something stuck inside the area u put water.

Property is in a great location. Noise should be expected based on this location. Property is just plain wore out, clean but old and thread bare.

While we thought it was pretty clean, we saw and reported a mouse in the lobby and the desk guy basically ignored several folks who had done the same. Walking in the hotel lobby as well as in either direction just outside the hotel the usage and smell of Marijuana was very pungent and prominent.

So the property was in a great location at Canal and Bourbon, couldn't ask for a better spot. The side of the hotel i was in there was only one elevator working, the other one seemed to be broken the whole time i was there. Outside the main entrance there seemed to be always a group of locals, not sure what they were doing but it made me feel a little uncomfortable. Limited interaction with staff, that said my room was late in being ready when we got there for check-in which is at 4pm and i got there at 3:45 pm. Once inside the room it was very quiet, the window view wasn't good, it was a build that was abandoned and falling down. The room itself was good and comfortable and was roomy enough for 2 people. The best part of the hotel as i said was location as it was good to get around and still be close to the hotel. Thx

The thermostat was hard to regulate and due to the thin bedding we feoze most of the 1st night. Instructions on using the thermostat or extra blankets would be helpful. The fridge in our room got ao cold it froze several items resulting in a can of soda exploding. Overall great experience and would stay again (in a larger room).

You’re only really staying here because it’s so close to Bourbon Street. Rooms are very small and a bit out dated. My lights had a short in them and just kept cutting off anytime I would sit things down on my table. Someone threw up in the hallway and wasn’t cleaned up till hours later. Staff was ok but I can tell that they are getting tired of dealing with all the drunks walking in. It’s always loud outside my door in the hallways. Lucky it didn’t bother me too much but I’m sure others wouldn’t like that so much. I’d stay here again though. It’s very convenient but that’s it.

Issues with responses from staff, was never able to get safe reset because of late responses…hung door sign that said not to clean room for 3 days but each day the room was cleaned, soap dispenser in shower broken, hallway light burned out and wasn’t changed despite request.

The room was clean as expected but it only had 2 towels for a room of 4 people. I also booked a Street view room & got a room facing a Huge A/C unit which obviously was not as Advertised. The rooms DO NOT have a Refrigerator & it only had 1 trash can in the bathroom. The Ice Machine on our floor DID NOT WORK! I went to 3 other Ice Machines on different floors before I found one that WORKED to actually get ICE. Our room sounded like a roller coaster was going through our room all night long which imakes it really hard to actually sleep. I’m Not sure if it was the Elevators which were beside our room or the huge A/C unit turning on & off outside our rooms window all night. I have stayed at this Property before & it was a lot quicker & more organized on our last visit to get parked/checked in. I was Disappointed in The Crowne Experience this visit.

The fire alarm kept going off all morning which was tough. The hotel was nice enough but the lobby is definitely the nicest part. The room was nice enough but a little muggy, but the bed was comfy and the shower pressure was good.

From the moment you walk into the building it smelled like weed. The hotel had its fire alarms blare at 3am twice over the weekend. We didn’t hear anything from the staff over the intercom for over 5-10 minutes letting us know it was a false alarm. Our coffee machine was broken. We asked numerous times to get it replaced and nothing was done. The room was stuck at 55 degrees. We slept in sweaters because the blankets were too thin. We asked for extra blankets and were only given one. This is the worse experience I’ve had. Including with housekeeping. The first day, they arrived after 6pm. Then the day we left they arrived at 7am. They opened the door without knocking and we were still sleeping. Luckily we had the door lock.

Suites are on Bourbon Street. We were placed on the 3rd floor and the noise was very loud until 2 or 3 am. The offer for remediation was ear plugs. The beds were very uncomfortable. They provided only one room trash can and did not remove any other trash. The elevators broke down one afternoon for hours and stairs were not opened...finally the service elevator was proved. As the days went by the hand towels and washcloths were depleted and never replace in a 5 day stay.
