However, we're truly sorry to learn about the issues you encountered during your stay, particularly regarding an odor potentially coming from the room next door due to cats. We have identified the issue and have taken immediate action today after receiving your suggestions for that problem. Our management works with a local pest company to inspect the entire property once a month and do any treatments if necessary. We also implement a plastic zipper mattress cover over all the property's mattresses. That cover prevents everything from making contact with the mattress. We also use a mattress pad to add a second layer of protection. We do apologize for the experience. Our staff strives to provide the best guest experience. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need anything during your stay. We would be more than happy to correct any issue if given the opportunity. The property is going under major renovations for both exterior and interior in the coming month.
