"I was given a room at the back of the property. It was so quiet and the view of the trees was so pretty. It was hard to believe I was just off the highway ramp. The staff was friendly and efficient."

"Unfortunately there were amenities that weren't in use due to water issues in Kannapolis, so can't really rate those. I didn't like that when checking in no one asked for identification. That did make me a little uncomfortable as other hotels have always asked for my license to verify that I'm who I say I am. Other than that everything else was ok."
