"The staff were nice and the room was clean. We stayed there on a birthday weekend so the kids could play on the slides and the parents could use the hot tub. Unfortunately, the hot tub was broken. That was disappointing..."

"Absolute worst Hilton ive ever stayed at! We went for mothers day so my wife didnt want me to complain to the desk at the consist issues. First off the hotel is deliberately wording the breakfast a weird way. It is not free, its actually quite expensive for what it is. It wasnt even available for the weekend...how. Then out room was not clean, floor dirty, toilet not clean, and the kicker was the shower was moldy. It was disgusting. They market 24/7 access to the gym and also the pool i believe, its not. My wife had some sort of insect bites on her. Either the front desk said nothing to use when asking a question or it seemed like they had a stick up their a**. Im embarrassed that i had to take my wife there for mothers day. We almost left but my wife is far to nice. This hotel is in a great spot but should be ashamed of themselves. "

"Staff was very friendly, the room was clean and the bed was very comfy! The breakfast was a plus! Fresh fruit, and a gluten-free muffin for me my husband had sausages and French toast and fruit, which was very good! The parking was safe and convenient! We would stay there again. "

"When you book a room, make sure to check if you are staying in the annex building because you have to cross to the other side of the road to get to the main building. If you use their pool, they don’t have a dressing room or shower room. They don’t have a water station or complimentary bottled water. If you want a nice picture of the mountain, go to the main building, not the annex building, because all you will see is the main building and the parked cars; however, you can still see the mountain. I only liked the location because it is very close to Flume Gorge."

"The issue I ran into was brown water coming out of the faucets on the last day I was there. I was told that there was some kind of maintenance going on (no warning given to the guests) and that the water was fine, but I did not trust it. That issue should have been handled better."
