I read the other reviews before booking and I thought that I would be able to handle it. I've traveled all over and stayed in some really disgusting hostels so I thought the room wouldn't be so bad in comparison. I don't mind the stains on the chairs or the holes in the comforters, as long as the sheets are clean (which they were), but the smell of the room was terrible. Someone had obviously smoked a lot in there. The shower curtain had mold all over it; those are not expensive to replace and soaking in bleach should take care of it (easy fixes). The last straw was when I went to make coffee and although I wouldn't normally I checked where the water was - black mold. I'm allergic to mold and as soon as I opened it I started sneezing. On this trip I've stayed at several places at the same price point and they were all much nicer. This place shouldn't be more than $80 including taxes and fees a night, at least then you would know you're getting what you pay for.

It's just a nice little place to stay , old but improvments seem to be happening, the kitchenette is very convenient, but your are minutes away , from subway , tims , gas station, sobyes and more

Everything about our experience here was great. The room was clean, front desk people were friendly. The room was like having your own little 2 bedroom apartment, with a kitchen and living room. Will definitely look into staying her again when ever we come to a show at the Decoste Centre.

This is pretty much a place construction workers stay at. Unfortunately there was an altercation going on with someone clearly not in a normal state of mind trying to get a room for his buddy and a couple young ladies so he started trashing the front entrance. The young fellow that was representing the motel locked the door and called the police I found it entertaining but most would probably not be comfortable with this

I would never stay here again. I know it was a cheap place to stay, when we got off the ferry but it doesn’t take much to clean. Bed was awful room was full of flies. Pictures of the outside are not this motel it was right on the road noisy all night. We left before 6am.
