"My room was changed twice. Firstly the washroom drain was making a noise. In the second room, shower water was not draining as the tiling was not quiet correct. We were then uograded to the 8th floor, which was fine. The hotel looked a bit outdated and could do with some renovation and updating. However, the staff afe very friendly and accommodating. They listened to our greviences and acted quickly to move us to other rooms as required. Good job. "

"Stayed here with my friends for a short weekend trip. The room was spacious enough for all of us, and the beds were comfortable. I forgot my charger at home, and the reception staff arranged one for me temporarily — that was really kind of them. Small things like this matter a lot. Would recommend it!"
