Fantastic local jewel along the Guadalupe, perfect for a date night with my wife. Staff could not be more friendly, and Brandy the bartender is awesome. Great river access for paddling our inflatable SUP's, seeing turtles scooting along in the clear water and schools of alligator gar downriver. Super comfortable big king beds.

Our room facing the river was not the usual bland hotel room, more of a an eclectic boho feel. The room had 2 very comfortable queen beds, comfortable linens & pillows. Spacious bathroom with a barn door & great walk in shower. The manager and staff were very welcoming, especially liked the complimentary cocktail, their version of an Arnold Palmer with Deep Eddy Sweet Tea vodka. This was a lovely find and highly recommend.

Only one negative. The place was excellent value. Room was clean and the location on the river with towering pecan trees, pool, volleyball, fire pits and available tubing rental was beautiful. It would make a great spot for a family reunion vacation in the summer. The negative?... The complimentary welcome-cocktail was the weakest allegedly alcoholic beverage I've ever had in my life. Somebody's watering the gin or forgot to put the gin in the alleged gin drink.
