Nicht gerade preiswert

Wir waren zwei Nächte dort, es gefiel uns aber nicht, das man für den Parkplatz soviel Geld bezahlen muss (17,50 € / Nacht) und auch das die Getränke an der Bar / bzw. im Restaurant deutlich über den normalen Durchschnitt liegen und dabei das Ambiente nicht besonders schön ist. Ein Cocktail gibt es ab 15 €, kleines Bier für 3,6 ...

Teuer im grünen übernachten

Das Hotel ist sehr schön im Grünen gelegen und es ist recht ruhig. Die Zimmer haben aber schon bessere Zeiten erlebt und für nen Kaffee oder Bierchen langt man richtig zu. Cocktails und Wein (0,1 l 9,60 €) sind preislich so gestaltet, als wenn im 5 Sterne Hotel am Kudamm sitzen würde. Auch für das Parken nochmals 17,50 € zu verlangen ist schon…. Bei dem Zimmerpreis erwarte ich eigentlich ein Zimmer völlig in Ordnung und vernünftige Duschtücher.

Gut, aber es geht noch was....

Ruhige Lage und reichaltiges Frühstück, das aber nachhaltiger sein könnte. (Mehr Regional, Bio , Fairtarde.....) , Parken (17,50 /Tag ) sollte in Zimmerpreis sein . Es ist in jedem Fall zu teuer, zumal es nur 200 m weiter unendlich viele kostenlose Pakrplätze gibt. Die Sauna habe ich genossen ,aber das angegebene Jacuzzi habe ich nicht gefunden.

Perfekt- Abendessen, Frühstück einfach mit dabei

Super nettes freundliches Personal. Es gab zu der Übernachtung gratis Abendessen und Frühstück. Aus diesem Grund gibt’s eine absolute Empfehlung, gute Bewertung und würde auch wiederkommen. Die Zimmer sind eher mittelmäßig und okay für 1-2 Nächte.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, Ich weiss nicht, ob sie die Angebote überhaupt prüfen, die sie auf ihrer Internetseite präsentieren. Check in gestern 15 Uhr in Neustrelitz im Parkhotel Fasanerie. Bei Buchung war das erste Bild ausschlaggebend für die Buchung. Hotel im Grünen, direkter Zugang zum Weiher, traumhaft. Die Realität sieht anders aus. Weiher nicht zugänglich, komplett zugewuchert. Wir versuchten darauf hin den Weiher zu umrunden und sahen einen Teil davon. Überzogen mit grüner Grütze und einer Mückenplage. Ein gemütliches abendliches "Draussen sitzen" war somit definitiv nicht möglich. Wir gingen Richtung Zimmer und uns fielen die zig Flecken im Teppich auf im Gang. Nicht wirklich appetitlich. Die Wände durchzogen durch einen Reinigungswagen, wie es schien. Im Zimmer selbst eine Bullenhitze. Fenster konnten wir aber nicht öffnen, da das Zimmer zur Hauptstraße lag. Unser Sohn, der mit uns mitreiste hatte ein schwindeliges Klappbett aufgestellt bekommen. Ganz ehrlich... für 2 Nächte mit Frühstück 400 € ( alles zusammen gerechnet) ist ein absoluter Witz. Wir checkten um 16 Uhr aus und fuhren zurück nach Bayern. Bodenlos! Anmerken möchte ich aber, daß der nette Herr am Empfang nichts dafür kann. Dieser war wirklich sehr freundlich und bemüht. Ändern konnte er aber auch nichts an der Tatsache. Wir fordern unser Geld zurück! Komplett!

Sehr freundlicher Service

Wir waren für 3 Tage zu Gast. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, und es wurde auf indivuduelle Wünsche eingegangen. Ein ausgezeichnet gab es deshalb nicht, weil das Zimmer sich in der Morgensonne unheimlich aufhitzte und keine Klimaanlage vorhanden war und man die Wärme auch sonst nicht reduzieren konnte (Laden schließen, Jalousie runterlassen). Außerdem war im Zimmer ein Geruch nach Hund, was im Schlafzimmer bei uns nicht erwünscht ist.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Das Personal der Rezeption sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer gut wobei der Sanitärbereich renoviert werden sollte. Die Betten sehr gut. Das Restaurant mit seinem a la Card Angebot ist gut. Das Frühstück ist für den Preis nicht angemessen. Es könnte etwas vielfältiger sein und das Kaffeeangebot ist eigentlich nicht akzeptabel. Kannen die schon lange vorher gebrüht wurden stehen schon auf den Tischen. Eine individuelle Bestellung ist nicht möglich. Die Dame die sich um das "Frühstücksgeschehen" kümmert könnte etwas freundlicher sein. Fazit unseres Aufenthaltes. Mit leichten Abstrichen war unser Aufenthalt gut.

Zimmer und Bett waren sehr gemütlich. Das Hotel ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, die Amaturen sind sehr alt und im Bad teilw. sehr dreckig. Der Preis ist für das angebotene Zimmer sehr hoch. Es war morgens sehr laut. Die Lage ist ok, aber nicht attratktiv.
