Em um dos aptos tudo ok! No outros problemas no 3A - banheiro alagou pois a cortina do box era muito curta! Cheiro de cigarro que estava forte no WC, mesmo tendo política de não permitido fumar.

Une honte. Immeuble gangrené par l’humidité, pas entretenu et vraiment très sale. J’ai des photos mais je ne sais pas comment vous les envoyer. Une ville sans intérêt, l’immeuble est à 600m du centre et il n’y a que très peu de restaurants corrects. Passez votre chemin !

La relation precio con el establecimiento no es la mejor. Posiblemente debido a los días en que me hospedé en Neuquén en los que no había más lugares libres, fue la mejor opción. La propiedad podría mejorar ofreciendo una mejor limpieza y mantenimiento del lugar. Bien para emergencias.
