Great hotel
The hotel is lovely. It looks like a castle and the owner is keeping up the appearance. Very well kept, the surrounding garden is beautiful, inside are antique pieces. Parking in front of the entrance on the hotel's parking place for free. No elevator, so don't choose this hotel if you have heavy luggage or bad back, because there are quite many stairs. Two buildings with a passage between them. Great dining. A bit pricy, but top quality. Staff very friendly and professional. A little jacuzzi and sauna with a spa area. The staff started the sauna and filled the jacuzzi just for us two. Breakfast was good and plenty of food. Unfortunately we had too little time to explore the surroundings, so we will definitely come back.

Eventlocation .... oder Hotel?
Wir waren von Freitag bis Montag im Hotel und haben ein Zimmer im Hauptgebäude gebucht (Nr 106). Leider war sowohl am Freitag als auch am Samstag eine Hochzeit im Schloß (dafür sicher ein toller Ort). Wir haben dadurch beide Nächte bis Mitternacht keine Chance auf Schlaf gehabt, da sich die Hochzeitsgäste direkt vor unserem Zimmer laut unterhalten haben. Man sollte diese Hotelzimmer bei solchen "Events" nicht vergeben. In den "Chalets" ist es sicherlich ruhiger. Am Sonntag ist Ruhetag. Das heißt es gibt auch keine Bar, keine Rezeption und kein Restaurant.

Rund um zufrieden
Das Hotel und die gesamte Umgebung ist sehr schön. Die Zimmer ein bischen in die Jahre gekommen aber sehr gepfegt, ordentlich und sauber. Das Personal war absolut spitze und haben uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Die Küche ist sehr empfehlenswert und das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis - perfekt ! Auf das Frühstück sollte man auch auf keine Fall verzichten . Wir waren zu als Gruppe beim Rittermahl und waren allesamt begeistert :-)

Das Schloss Neufahrn vermittelt einen sehr schönen Eindruck und man kann sich sehr gut vorstellen, wie es sich auch im Sommer in voller Blütenpracht präsentiert. Das Schlossgebäude an sich ist sehr schön im mittelalterlichen Stil gehalten, wogegen das Nebengebäude (Chalet) doch etwas renovierungsbedürftig erscheint...Dadurch, dass hier Teppich verlegt ist, der einen etwas muffigen Raumduft verbreitet, ist das nicht so angenehm. Alles in allem ist das Chalet wohl etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Frühstück und Abendessen dagegen im Schloss ist allemal einen Besuch wert. Aufmerksames Personal in sehr schönen klassischen Räumen.

Gemütlicher Aufenthalt
Übernachtung im Chalet gebucht, Zimmer sind klein aber haben alles was gebraucht wird. Einzig das Bett knarrte sehr laut. Personal war super freundlich, Frühstück hatte alles was man braucht! Wir waren komplett zufrieden.

Bei Ankunft niemand an der Rezeption (Hochzeit i.Hs.) , dann von Servicekraft ,Schlüssel in die Hand, Gehn sie über den Hof ins Nebengebäude 2.Stock, Zimmer auf ersten Blick ordentlich, sauber bis auf die Ecken, Bad weder in der Dusche noch am Waschbecken Seife aufgefüllt, Abdeckung der Entlüftung mit Toilettenpapier gesichert,auf dem Schreibtisch Aufsteller mit Hinweis auf Minibar- Inhalt und Preise, bei Ankunft um kurz vor 24.00Uhr, musste ich feststellen, das es gar keine Minibar gibt. Vorteil der Hochzeit: an der Hotelbar gab es noch ein Mineralwasser von der einzigen bemühten Servicemitarbeiterin.Am Morgen kein Hinweis wo es Frühstück gibt, habe dann darauf verzichtet, fand es aber trotzdem auf der Rechnung. Bei der Abfahrt stellte ich fest das schon wieder für eine Hochzeit neu dekoriert wurde.

Schlosshotel mit Atmosphäre
Das Schloss selbst ist in seiner historischen Ausstattung wieder hergestellt. Das Chalet nebenan ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Einrichtung ist etwas abgenutzt. Der Lüfter im Bad ist laut und müsste dringend gereinigt werden. Das Personal ist sehr nett und am wohl Gäste interessiert.
