"I booked here for a catch-up with a dear friend. It was nice and clean, but i booked a twin room, but they gave us a double, so that had to be sorted and the basin in the bathroom was severely cracked, so reported that also. Food was just ok, but expensive, plus the drinks also. A small glass of prosecco and a red wine was over £20 Breakfast was plentiful, but the staff on breakfast duty on 24/3 need additional training in customer services "

"Our second visit and if anything it was better than our first trip which was excellent.. the hotel and parking are really lovely and all the staff were again very friendly and helpful and a credit to the hotel .. superb breakfast run like clockwork by Sue everything freshly cooked from a lovely menu We were allocated a lovely triple room but as my 89 yr old mum would have struggled with the over bath shower the lovely staff were quick to sort the problem out with another room with walk in...

"A good hotel near by Oak Design Outlet in Chester. If you want to drive from London up North. You can stop 1 night here. Hotel has a very good and tasty breakfast."
