The hot tub was ok, water just took forever to run out. Here and there small stuff to be fixed. Breakfast was good. staff was friendly. The staff needs to save on electricity as per the notice on the door, every night coming back the lights and TV was playing, why?

A true gem.

What a gem this place is. My room was as described and went beyond my expectations. We spent a week inside of Kruger National Park utilizing their cabins and bungalows so this was an outstanding respite. I definitely recommend it. The breakfast was great.

Jorn’s Gastehaus is absolutely beautiful. We were quite pleased to walk over a small wooden bridge with lots of fish swimming about to arrive at the “Queen” Cottage. It was very. spacious with a high ceiling and stain glass decor. The room included a very large comfortable bed, twin bed, small refrigerator, large tub, living room, and separate bathroom with walkin shower and bench. The decor was splendid, and it was such a pleasant surprise. We also loved our outdoor patio, and enjoyed sitting in the rain forest atmosphere. The manor itself had ample parking, beautifully decorated breakfast area, as well as a bar and living room. It also had a large outdoor pool with clean, warm water, nicely maintained. The breakfast was delicious, and one could order a hot meal as well. The staff was very accommodating, and they certainly deserve recognition for their outstanding service! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would not hesitate to make reservations again. We definitely recommend staying here if you are in this area. Thumbs up to Jorn’s Gastehaus!

Our favourite bed and breakfast.

It's always a pleasure to arrive at Jorns. Everything there makes for a relaxing time. The house and gardens are exquisite a d the service is friendly without being overpowering. An oasis of calm.
