This property is exquisite! The room was beautifully appointed, with many little extra touches. Breakfast was delicious and our hosts were incredibly hospitable - our stay was like home away from home.

Best B&B in NZ

This was one of the best places we have ever stayed. The hosts were wonderful. Their home is close to downtown Nelson so it was and easy walk. Breakfast was great and they made whatever you wanted. They were also very fun to chat with. Highly recommend.

One night not enough in Nelson

We only spent one night in Nelson but we left wanting to stay longer. Mark and John are terrific hosts and make you feel so welcome, the house and gardens are fantastic both \have some amazing things to discover. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to visit Nelson.

Simply Gorgeous

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Mark & John's Garden Rooms - a beautiful location, in an interesting garden, within easy walking distance of Nelson itself. Our hosts have thought of everything and nothing is too much trouble for them. The bed is extremely comfortable, the shower powerful, breakfast iss plentiful and tasty and we highly recommend Ah House as a delightful to spend your vacation.

We had a warm and friendly welcome, attentive hosts but not in your face, wonderful, very comfortable, and interesting room. The house is beautifully decorated and the garden is wonderful showing the immense care of the hosts. Breakfast was delicious. Everything was just right and we will definitely be returning.
