"We had a great stay at the AC Marriott in Tempe—our room was clean, modern, and very comfortable, and the overall hotel experience exceeded expectations. One of the highlights of our visit was the breakfast. The food was fresh, well-prepared, and had a great variety of options that felt a step above your typical hotel breakfast. Everything was consistently stocked and presented nicely, making it an enjoyable way to start the day. A special shoutout to Logan, who was absolutely phenomenal. He went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly, kept the area spotless, and brought a positive, welcoming energy that really stood out. His attention to detail and friendly attitude made the breakfast experience even better. The only small hiccup came at the very end when we requested a one-hour late checkout. The front desk staff member we spoke with was a bit rude and came across as petty about the request. That said, we were still able to get a complimentary 30-minute extension, which we appreciated. Overall, a very positive stay, and we’d definitely come back."

"We were very disappointed in our stay at the Tempe Suites. I will say that the room was immaculate but kinda sad in places. Cracked tiles, flooring in disrepair, a bottle of 3 in 1 soap dispenser on the floor of the shower. I had to contact (4 times from start to finish) the company in order to get the info to unlock the lockbox so we could get the key to get in. In the pre-check you have to take a picture of your license, front and back; a selfie with your license; a picture of your credit card (even after I had already given that info when I booked the place on Hotels.com. Crazy!! Parking was also a problem. Street parking in the area is limited to 2 hours and ended up parking around the block and paid $15 for overnight parking."

"Property seemed to be nice upon arrival but I had bugs in my room on a daily and even found a bad stain on my covers. Was told that to compensate I could have a late check out which then turned into them saying I could not day of after I made plans to stay a bit longer….they went in and grabbed all my things out and I never received some of my jewelry and when I went back to get it out the room they told me I was trespassing and call the police. The worse place I have ever booked with Expedia and the owner is not professional she yelled at me that I’m privileged as if I wasn’t a paying customers… all in all your better off booking with the motel 6 or even spending a bit more to stay at a more professional and clean establishment."
