"I loved my stay at Hyatt Place Tempe/Phoenix/University! The hotel was clean, modern, and in a great location. My favorite part was the rooftop room and rooftop area it offered beautiful views and was the perfect place to relax. The staff was friendly, the rooms were comfortable, and the overall experience was excellent. I would definitely stay here again!"

"It was a good stay. There’s a light breakfast in the mornings, which was helpful. We were there for two days and no maid service the second day. Not a big deal, but we weren’t expecting that. Overall not bad. We just needed a place to stay at night, so it worked. They are refurbishing the hotel, our room looked nice."

"The hotel didn’t really have a lot to offer as far as amenities. The staff was very brash and not too friendly, especially the one that checked us in. The young lady that checked us out was a lot nicer. Don’t think I would stay at your property again just didn’t feel comfortable."

"The stay was great. If you are looking to travel to tempe and want the comfort and access to things you would have at home like laundry and a kitchen this is a great choice. The place was clean and check in and out process was easy. The only issue is the parking, but honestly is seems like parking in Tempe in general is very confusing. Most of the street parking near the studio was 2 hour parking, there was a parking structure right across the street from the studio that says no overnight parking but you are able to pay for up to 1 full day of parking on the ParkMobile app commonly used around Tempe. We needed the convenience of leaving in a timely manner every morning so we chose to park in that garage even though it is a litte pricey (~$18 a night). Be prepared for all of the parking in tempe to be hidden or limited."

"This hotel is pretty amazing. The room was very comfortable, A/C unit nice and quiet. The breakfast has many options. The Costa coffee brewing machine Le were awesome. They brewed medium roast coffee exceptionally, closing decaf and hot water. If there was a nitpick, it would be the WiFi. I’m sure it was fine, but IHG requires you to log in using an email address, which I will not disclose for privacy purposes. Why can’t they just stay with room number login?"
