This hotel was welcoming clean, and in the best location. If you’re looking for something nice affordable and centrally located within walking distance of entertainment, shopping and fun I’d come here. Great property, great staff, I’d come again. A/C pumps and they don’t sneak a parking charge on you like most other hotels.

The location was convenient and easy to find. Check in was quick even though I arrived after 10 pm. The room, linens, and bathroom were spotless and the lights were on when I opened the door. I would recommend this inn for a no-frills place close to ASU and the light rail and at a great price.

This is the best place I’ve stayed in Tempe in 4 years. It is completely updated and cute. A quaint motel. Very clean and in the perfect location to ASU. Such good value for the money!
