"Brand new hotel . Lovely staff . Amazing rooms . Old house conversation to a boutique style hotel .. Amazing stay if you are stopping hereby for 2 night stay as a part of your kollemgode visit . Staff couldn't do enough to help us . Amazing will stay here again "

"As I was travelling with my wife, I've booked a room with Queen size bed. Upon arrival, the receptionist gave me a room with seperate beds... With me asking for a room change he agreed for joining the beds in exisiting room. I asked for changing the linen and pillow covers, to which the hotel boy claimed that there are no more linens at the hotel. Then I asked for a room change, to which they agreed and gave me a room which was dusty enough to give me an allergy trigger. I've stayed in this...

"everything was good but property needs a garden. I told them to buy the property next to the hotel. The staff made arrangements for us to go around in the hotel's vehicle"

"There were lots of mosquitos in the room and we literally had to request for a coil. Geysers did not work n every morning we had to request hot water in a bucket n needless to tell that it takes a min of 20 to 30 mins. Food was good in the restaurant but had a very limited options. It was definitely not worth the money I spent."
