"Lovely clean room, evening meal & breakfast"

"Breakfast service was excellent although the choice of continental is very limited and poorer quality products. The room was clean but very much in need of updating. The mechanical ventilation system makes the bathroom really quite cold and the towel rail was on fully. Love the hotel and staff and always a great vibe so none of this would put me off staying again but I’d love to see the rooms modernised. I’ve been staying here for 20 years now so I’m always going to choose this hotel over...

"Very clean room & bathroom . Ceiling a little creaky from the guests above. Reception staff friendly & efficient. Restaurant staff were amazing, considering how busy it was the service was excellent. They checked back with us & were smart & attentive. Lovely breakfast too. Perfect overnight stay. "

"Clean room and shower. Comfortable bed. First night was really noisy and we couldn’t sleep (room 104 , just in front of the reception door) but next day, lovely lady from reception gave us a room on first floor, at the end of corridor and we slept really well! Thanks for her! Also, they have really good restaurant, we had awesome dinner there. "

"Excellent hotel in great location next to the river and SEC and walking distance to food shops, bars and restaurants. Rooms spacious and modern and fantastic to see a hotel of this standard that welcomes dogs as the hotel was very dog friendly. Very welcoming and friendly staff and an overall credit to the Radisson Group!"
