"Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The beach is definitely the highlight - beautiful, clean, and perfect for relaxing. However, areas around the trees need some maintenance, as there were rocks and small branches that should be cleared. The property is a bit dated but very well kept. Service was inconsistent—some staff were friendly and engaging, while others seemed less attentive. Adding benches around the property would be a great improvement, both for enjoying the beautiful sunsets and especially for guests with mobility issues. The buffet was very good, but the specialty restaurants were disappointing and need improvement in both service and food quality. Overall, a great location with strong potential, but some areas could use attention to enhance the experience."

"The restaurant offered delicious food at very reasonable prices. The location was perfect. Somewhat mid 7 mile beach. There is a supermarket across the street. The room was clean. However, despite arriving well after my check in time and the room prepaid, nothing was plugged in and i had to go to the reception desk. Not a big deal, but apparently hotel policy. And a source of annoyance was the constant issue with the tv needing to be rebooted by maintenance. While i dont watch much tv, its advertised as being available. However, all in all, i will definitely stay there in the future. Front desk staff, housekeeping, maintenance and food & beverage all great"

"I have stayed here several times and loved it every time. With this stay, I had a great time. But upon check in, the room I booked was not available despite me emailing a couple weeks prior to arrival to confirm my booking. We were "upgraded" which was not an upgrade. We booked a 2 bed room and was given 2 rooms with king bed. This was not an upgrade in that my nephew (18 yo) then had to share a bed with his grandmother. With our original booking he would have had his own bed. We were offered to change rooms a couple days into our vacation, but it was too much hassle to repack and change rooms. "

When you arrive at (MBJ) Sangster International Airport, there is a Couples lounge for guests, with free cocktails, while you wait for your shuttle ride (included) to paradise! Once you arrive, you are greeted by the most kind staff, they will make sure you have everything you need. There are many activities included, from a sunset catamaran cruise, swimming through caves, snorkeling, scuba, paddle boards, and alot more. There are tiki bars along Couples stretch of the famous 7 mile white sand beach. There are also 2 pools, one with a swim up bar and also 3 hot tubs on the property. The food is amazing! Whether it was breakfast, lunch or a fancy dinner. Couples Swept Away has us wanting to come back again, again and again 🙌 "

"Property was clean and well kept. There are two sides, the garden side and beach side which is separated by a road. We had a deluxe room on the beach side which was more than big enough for three of us. Room was clean, beds comfortable and the air conditioner worked great. The beach and dining area are great and perfectly sized. "
