There has been a change in management since we were last here, and the current manager & partner were busy decorating the rooms. They have a lot to do, but are clearly working hard on it. "What a lovely stay, we stayed in the print room which was the perfect size, very homely and welcoming, overlooking the market square. Communication with The Dial House Team was via WhatsApp, they responded straight away and were always happy to help. The location is perfect being 30 minutes drive from some great sights. Had towels, toiletries and tea and coffee making facilities. Everything we needed. The price for the room was extremely good value and I would definitely return."

"Things were not great during my stay. The food was awful, and breakfast was particularly disappointing. My room was not clean, and the bed was uncomfortable. To make matters worse, there was no staff available at checkout. On top of that, the invoice I was given was incorrect and did not reflect the amount that had already been paid through Expedia. "I stayed here for 2 nights with my wife. The room was very clean, the garden is well kept and a beautiful place for food and drinks and relaxing in the Norfolk countryside. Breakfast was great, freshly cooked with coffee and fresh orange juice. Had only booked the single room for 1 night, while the room could be classed as a little snug it was nothing less than very comfortable. "We stayed here for our anniversary, its a very impressive building, staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very nice, large bed, great big soft pillows, air con nice and cold. Only issue was the water pressure of the shower, if you wanted anything other than a cold shower the water pressure dropped so you were basically hugging the wall to get under the water. We did let the staff know this upon checkout. We had drinks out on the terrace overlooking the golf course which was lovely...
