10/10 Excellent

"The staff at this hotel are incredible. No matter where you are. Poolside, beach, bars, yoga deck. The only gripe I have is that there is little consideration given to teenagers on rainy days. We had two full days of rain when the usually adult only spa pool was opened up to children. It is then packed with babies and toddlers - not a place teenagers want to be. We asked if our teenager could use spa pool at 2pm but was told no. We checked the spa pool three times that afternoon and it was pretty much empty. Surely an hour or two would work. Policy could be that they have to be accompanied by an adult."

"Had a fabulous 5 days celebrating my friend’s 50th. Staff are so attentive and helpful. They couldn’t do more for you. We were lucky enough to be upgraded from a standard family room to a 2 bed deluxe suite which was amazing. The deluxe pool was a delight. I loved the gin trolley and the free flowing Taittenger!"
