Our experience at Porto Palace Montenegro was truly outstanding. The hotel is brand new, spotlessly clean, and very easy to access. The rooms are spacious, modern, and beautifully designed, with breathtaking views that made our stay unforgettable.
The facilities are excellent – from the rooftop pool and spa to the well-equipped gym – everything is maintained to the highest standard. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and attentive, making us feel welcome and well taken...
"The level of friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was simply outstanding. As a small boutique hotel they will never be able to compete with larger hotels but teh experiene was transformed by the fact that they consistently went out of their way to be helpful and one staff member especially ( a lovely lady from Bali) was a goldmine of helpful information about local facilities and options for sightseeing/recreation and good restaurants in the area. We will definitely go back!"

"Great stay ruined by not refunding holding deposit still 1 month after we left. Holding deposit (£1800) taken from credit card instead of put on hold as agreed and has still not been refunded. Poor customer service having to chase for updates with no proof they have actually paid this back to us"

The accommodation is about a 30 minute easy walk from Porto Montenegro (or a 4/5 minute taxi drive). It is fairly near the airport but we never had any issue with noise from the planes.
Great location to have as a base to explore the surrounding area. "
"L'hôtel est très accueillant, une jolie maison en pierre dans un jardin qui invite à se relaxer près de la piscine. Les réceptionnistes sont gentils et à l'écoute.
La propreté est irréprochable, la literie excellente ; la climatisation très bien réglée est plus qu'appréciable en été.
Se garer est assez facile quand les autres clients font l'effort de ne pas prendre deux places pour une seule voiture...

L'évacuation de la douche était complètement bouchée.

"Nice 15 min Wall to the harbour and 1 min to the beach… Small but good breakfast, large rooms (at least ours)…. Cherry on the cake was super friendly staff and especially Amanda…."
"Me and my friend stopped here for 3 nights in August. We had a motorbike accident and went to the hospital where they wouldn’t dress my wounds or really want to help at all. When we got back to the hotel the receptionist was really concerned and got a member of staff who was a first aider (Mateja). They came to the room to clean and dress my wounds, they returned twice after that to re dress my wounds before going back home. I couldn’t thank Mateja enough for her help and concern.

"This property was absolutely amazing. I would move in and live here if I could. The customer service team was top notch and so helpful the entire time. Absolutely beautiful place, views were stunning. Unit was perfect. Is only suggest more pillows and perhaps a mattress topper. The bed was hard. But everything else was fantastic. The beaches and Restaurants were great. The semi private pool was crystal clear and so incredibly peaceful. Favorite meal was at Luca in the Centrale area. Fantastic...
