"What I expected for the reasonable rate Just unfortunate no coffee in room A pot and cups were there but no coffee pods"

"Staff at onsite restaurant were fantastic. Loved the little snack goody bag the front desk provided, and tv comes with all the streaming apps to watch! Bathtub drain could use cleaned out..."

"We were booked for 3 nights and stayed only ONE. The desk, counters and tv stand all needed to be wiped down because every surface was sticky (visibly in spots). Walking barefoot in the room was unpleasant because the sand and dirt kept crunching underfoot. The corners and hidden areas (like, behind the couch which is clearly moved routinely to accommodate tv watching prefs) were visibly dirty and included a sock from a previous guest. The pool deck was gross. The hot tub boarded over, the pool...

"Nice place. Would have been quiet but there were many snowmobiles coming and going and people partying in their rooms with their doors open. Beds weren’t the most comfortable, but they did alright for the two nights we were there. No where when booking did it state there was a $200 deposit required, so that was a bit of a shock. "

"No proper heating, only fan blowing hot air. No heating in bath. Freezing cold floor in pet room for $ 70.- pet charge! Very wobbly chair at desk. Water drains very poorly in sink because there is a toothbrush in it! No surprise if there is no plug in sink. Stains on linen. First night no hot water even after letting it run for six minutes. Hairdryer blue fuse. "

"Room smelled bad, old and weak furniture, the bed kept making noise, fridgd wont stop making noise and tbe pillows were terrible, it’s not a real pillow and very small like its for a child, the bed was itchy all night, possible of bed bugs. Never staying there again. "

"The driveway and parking lot were pot hole riddled. That was harsh. Breakfast was the standard breakfast. The coffee was hot, the food was good. There was also free coffee in the lobby to access at any time. That was great. The hotel is pet friendly. The room was good. Very clean. However, the only power outlet in the bathroom did not work. Had to dry my hair next to the window. The staff were very helpful and more than pleasant to speak with. "

"Because of renovations at this property, the wonderful staff had moved us to their neighboring property…..no extra charge! We were not inconvenienced in anyway because of the very kind & friendly staff. We will be returning on our next visit to Sudbury!! Thank you 😁✌️"

"Bring your own soap, shampoo. Parking is far if small parking lot is full. Otherwise, it was clean, comfortable and quiet and the price was excellent."

"Nice hotel, the attached pub has good food. Pool was nice. Rooms were basic, but OK for the price. Check-in was a bit painful, even though I had already paid I needed a physical credit card to check in."

"Clean room, comfortable bed, friendly staff and healthy breakfast and ample parking and well lighted area."

"Excellent staff, very welcoming and helpful. Overall the stay was great! Just a few areas that were not giving the 5 star feeling. The pool deck had some brown spots, although I know it’s “wear and tear” a little sprucing up would make a whole difference. I think the chemicals in the hot tub were a little off, the water was a bit “cloudy”. Upon our departure some painters had set up in the second floor hall as they were going to start their work. Would stay again!"
