"A pousada infelizmente deixa muito a desejar. Atendimento ruim, ninguém explicou nada de como funcionava a pousada, a cozinha comunitária com utensílios sujos , o café da manhã terrível, só tinha duas fatias de pão e margarina . No terceiro dia começou a ter mais opções de pão. A cama era boa, mas o quarto não tinha ar condicionado , nem tv e as toalhas de banho eram velhas. "The room was smelling bad, too humid, no heat or a/c. There was no way to get rid of musty smell. The beds and towels were musty - unusable. We could not sleep all night. We did not even use their shower. The chairs were dirty and unsanitary. This place is a TOTAL RIP OFF. THEY CHARGED MORE THAN DOUBLE PRICE COMPARED TO THE NEXT DAY STAY AT ANOTHER HOTEL WHICH WAS 4 STAR. WE SHOULD GET OUR MONEY BACK. "

"Não usamos a piscina. Quarto bem limpo e bem organizado. Banho excelente. Tivemos muitos problemas para acessar o estacionamento, e a porta principal, com o reconhecimento facial.
