"This is a very very good hotel at a good price. It’s located in a shopping mall with a grocery store where you can find anything you need. The location is the city is not that good though. There’s too much traffic in the area because it is a hub for public transportation. Getting in an out can be challenging, specially during rush hour. But in general, it’s a very good place to stay and the staff is friendly. One big miss for me was the lack of Electric car recharging stations in the parking...

"I like the ambient (zona Polanco ) safest place to be Super helpful staff, verry complete breakfast good omelets made by your choice of ingredients, I think the place is super clean and verry profesional, the only thing that i didn’t like the most is the price of my stay it was kind of expensive, i know it’s a good fancy place because they also have rooms from all the way up to 40thousand us dlls for 3 nights called ( presidential sweet ) with 3 beds a bar and basically everything rich people...

"We absolutely loved our stay at Barcelo Mexico Reforma. Location was great!! The restaurant Sonora grill on the Lobby was amazing!! My husband likes to stay at hotels with a good spa and sauna and this was definitely approved. A+ for all the service there!! We would definitely go back and stay there again."
