Homey and fairly quiet. Great greetings and service from most staff!

We very much enjoyed our stay! The hotel is perfectly located for Bourbon Street and the French Quarter. Staff was incredible, especially in the carousel bar. I would definitely stay there again!

Excelente lugar

Very clean, staff helpful. It was nice to come into the quiet after the hustle and bustle of the French Quarter. Walk to many attractions. The staff was excellent.

The hotel is very nice, but some more design touches can be made and something needs to be done to cut the sound coming from the next rooms. The voice of the person watching the TV in the next room was too loud.

Nice

Great hotel and location. Walked all over French Quarter. Ate at Mother’s across the street for breakfast. You will hear downtown noises. Only complaint is that I left my favorite night gown on the bed and they can’t seem to find it.

This property is right in the heart of French quarter. We stayed on the 3rd floor with patio French doors that open right to the pool. The pool area was pretty clean with just the exception of our patio tables. Also the pool bar was open til 6 which was nice. Totally recommend these rooms overlooking pool and courtyard for noise level vs. the rooms overlooking bourbon or Conti streets as you will not be able to sleep (we made that mistake before). Beds and pillows were super comfy and the room stays super dark with curtains closed so you can sleep in! The Jazz club downstairs cannot be missed as the music, drinks and staff were wonderful! The oysters at the Desire bar were amazing one night and just ok the next night so that was kinda hit or miss but you can’t beat the convenience and it feels safe (unlike a few other places on Bourbon).
