"Beautifully decorated, very clean room with a modern kitchen. The lobby is spacious and comfortable, with plenty of desks, tables, chairs, and a complimentary coffee machine. It’s also an easy walk to supermarkets, restaurants, and cafés. The only issue was the shower drain, which was extremely slow. We informed the front desk and they sent someone to check it, but unfortunately there was no improvement."

"We had a really nice room which was very clean and had a comfortable bed. All of the staff we dealt with were exceptionally helpful and pleasant. The breakfast was memorable and we would happily stay at the hotel again."

"Friendly staff on check-in and helpful during entire stay. Fabulous breakfast buffet. I enjoyed the free all-day coffee and the lovely indoor/outdoor cafe to drink coffee, write, work, etc. Rooms were small, but not cramped. Very clean and super comfortable bed. Would definitely stay again."

"The hotel is in a great location but standards have slipped in the last year. The breakfast was terrible, off fruit that was clearly days old and juice that tasted like the water that was used to wash it. We pointed out the bad fruit to find the next day it had been converted to the tropical juice. With the same off smell. Frankly, bad oranges should be a crime in Portugal. Pastries were fine if you want a starchy breakfast and the cooked offering was poor. Grey scrambled eggs, raw looking...

"Very comfortable and well run small hotel in authentic Lisbon neighbourhood. Lots of local places to have breakfast, lunch and supper. Good air conditioning and Wifi. Metro close by. Easy taxi ride to airport. Only drawback is no elevator - and lots of stairs - if you have heavy luggage."

"The staff were very helpful. I didn't eat at the property. Close to Anjis metro stop. Room very clean and aircon was effective. Nice rear balcony view. I thought having boutique in the title may mean something a bit more distinct from the average hotel.However no complaints, i enjoyed my stay."

"Really enjoyed our stay, the peacocks were noisy and beautiful and we even enjoyed that! The hotel is beautiful and quiet. The staff is friendly and helpful! A bit of a walk uphill if you come back with a taxi or Uber but nothing to complain about. We will be back soon!"

"We traveled as a family of 4 with 2 kids during an intense heat wave. The AC was incredible, both in the lobby and the room. The pool, however, was less than 1 foot deep and full of debris, which was a little disappointing. The room was clean and well-maintained. Our older son slept downstairs on a pull-out couch (he is not a fan of pull-out couches, but enjoyed having his own bed) and our younger son fit with us in the upstairs bed. The bed was a little on the firm side but very comfortable....

"Amazing boutique hotel. We absolutely loved this place. Location was excellent, and the staff were some of the best we have encountered. before we left we knew the names of everyone. Great little onsite restaurant that we used for breakfast, lunch, dinner and afternoon drinks an snacks. friends alway met up with us there. rooms were lovely and very comfortable. one of our favorites of all time."

"Melhor Hotel que ficamos na EUROPA, funcionários são extremamente receptivos. Realmente adoramos, fica próximo ao Castelo de São Jorge, próximo a Praça do Comércio, a Catedral da Sé, a Igreja de Santo António (local de nascimento dele), realmente indico demais este hotel. Estão de PARABÉNS muito acima da média da EUROPA em termos de recepção. Apenas uma indicação (colocar um Pão de Queijo no café da Manhã).
