"Bathroom toilet seat was badly designed. The seat is so much smaller than the toilet bowl and makes it really bad design and unhygienic for a lady. Very unfortunate"

"Clean room, daily house cleaning. Excellent breakfast, enjoyed it a lot."

"エレベーターが止まりそう、水漏れが直されない、ハンドタオルがないなど悪いところを探せば出てくるけど安い時はアプリの割引で20ドルぐらいで泊まれた コスパ良いとまではいかないけど妥協すれば満足かな"

"This was our first time and the experience was exceptional. The staff pay great attention to detail, anticipating our needs and taking care to provide everything to ensure our stay and dining experience remain consistently the best. The food and amenities are outstanding. Thank you for allowing us to have the best time."

"I Enjoyed stay. Cofee shop is just opposite to this hotel."

"Wifi was not working, and the reason business people book is to work, and if wifi itself is not working what is the use of booking? and bathroom knob was damaged and we couldn't lock the bathroom while using"

"Helpful staff really make the stay at the busy city of Bangalore (not to mention the hotel itself) a breeze. "

Not good - room not very clean, dusty surfaces and floor, no towels on arrival, safe not working (no batteries in it), air conditioning unit thunderously noisy and no way to turn it down. Reception unable to change a 500 rupee note for me or order me a taxi to the airport, I was told to download an app and sort one myself. I'm not blaming the reception staff themselves who were mostly super...

"If you do not have a WiFi - this place will not be a suitable place for you. Terrible network connectivity in Bangalore city. Food in restaurant and breakfast was just ok and not like other Lalit in other cities. People were good and place was also good. But these things if taken care of, the experience would have been better."
