"Enjoyed our repoire with Joy. She’s a wonderful ambassador for this lovely old hotel. It had lots of character. I even enjoyed reading a bit of the town’s history in the reading room of the side of the hotel where the beverages were. What fun we had in Bird-in-Hand!"

"Nice place, mediocre breakfast, bathroom smelled like urine."

"Everything was amazing!! Only thing is I won the pillows were better. They were way too mushy!! 3 pillows together were not even equivalent to 1 pillow! lol. We will def be coming back!! Staff was amazing!!!"

"Clean rooms, breakfast was okay. Bed was hard and not comfortable."

"Nice place Great breakfast"

"The hot and cold bathroom faucet sprayed all over. For two nights as wife and I are in bed we could hear heavy foot step coming from the second floor. Many rooms need updating. Also the bathroom is very tight."

"Staff was courteous and professional. Parking was very convenient, very clean room with exceptional bathroom. I would book another stay here without a problem."

"Many Hotels falsely advertise their property, this property was very clean, very well managed, the staff all were polite, professional, and extremely helpful. Free breakfast was very good food, and a very comfortable atmosphere, our first time staying with Avid, glad we tried it, will most definitely stay at their locations."

"We were very pleased. Our room and the hotel were very clean. The breakfast had hot foods- sausage, bacon, omelets as well as cold cereal, yogurt, pancakes and cinnamon buns. Also, fresh coffee was available from a machine in the lobby."

"Pleasant hotel, up to the standards for a Hampton Inn. Location was quiet and conveniently located next to a Starbucks so I could wake my bride up with a muffin and a latte!"
