"Totally okay. No frills. Clean and fine. Solo female traveler, felt safe although maybe not in the best area. Had an issue at check in, since I booked through Expedia, they couldn’t find my confirmation and wanted me to pay again. Definitely felt like I was bothering them and they kept telling me I was wrong even though I had the Expedia confirmation and my bank account pulled up where I had already paid them. They ended up calling the manager and figuring it out but it took a while and I didn’t feel the most welcomed by the experience."

"Was very disappointed with the breakfast, breakfast says its open till 10am, came down at 9:15am and most of the food was gone and they started to clean and put the food away, even started to close the door at 9:40am. Phones don't connect to the front desk, rang busy at all times. The sheets were dirty/stained. Was not worth the money."

"Room was clean very large. Breakfast was good hot staff was very helpful older motel that they’ve done a good job renovating and are still working on it very close to Route 66 which everybody knows started there. I would recommend it probably stay there next time I go to Springfield."

"Hotel met my expectations. Room was clean and staff friendly. Rooms have been renovated but entire building just seemed a bit “tired”. Breakfast was typical hotel continental and met my needs. AC worked; bed and pillows average. Would stay again as cleanliness is important to me. Convenient to airport but otherwise not where I would normally stay. Offered shuttle which is nice but I didn’t need to use it. Had a swimming pool but I did not use."
