Sensacional e apaixonante.

Feliz demais em ter escolhido este hotel, funcionários muito solícitos, atenciosos e prestativos ( desde o gerente até as camareiras). Localização excelente, assim como o café da manhã que em nada deixou a desejar, tendo inclusive novidades de cardápio todos os dias.No restaurante , os preços chega a ser mais em conta que nos lugares próximos e com fartura e qualidade. Volto com certeza e nem pensaria em escolher outro hotel. Nota 1000 para tudo.

Gostamos muito da nossa estadia no King´s. Todos os funcionários são bem atenciosos e cordiais. O quarto que ficamos era muito bom, com vista parcial para o mar! Dois pontos negativos: papel higiênico da suíte não condiz com um hotel 4 estrelas e o wifi caía muito! No mais, não temos nada a reclamar e recomendamos o hotel! De frente à Praia de Ponta Negra e perto de restaurantes, lojas, feiras de artesanato. Creio que ficamos no melhor ponto de Natal.Voltaremos, com certeza!

Hospedagem excelente beira mar melhor ponta negra

Experiência excelente. Extremamente confortável, ótimo para família e pessoas com necessidades especiais. Beir mar próximo a tudo e na melhor área da praia de ponta negra. O único incoveniente foi que no último dia dois splits pararam de gelar. Tirando isso tudo foi perfeito.

Muito bom! 10 metros da praia. Piscina limpa, fácil acesso! Uma sugestão é de melhorar as cortinas bloqueadoras do sol no quarto, o sol aparece as 5 da manhã e com uma claridade imensa, quem quer dormir um pouco mas fica mais difícil. Mas isso não é negativo pra quem quer ver ele nascendo as 5 da manhã que por sinal é muito bonito.

Hotel com boa aparência, mas tivemos vários proble

Reservamos dois quartos e o check in deu tudo certo. O hotel é bem localizado e o quarto é bem espaço: pela própria característica do hotel, o quarto possui uma mini cozinha americana, uma pequena sala com televisão e sofá cama. O quarto é separado e o banheiro era bastante satisfatório. Em um dos quartos, porém, a sala estava com um cheiro "azedo". Procuramos o motivo e como não encontramos nada, simplesmente abrimos a janela e fomos jantar. Havíamos pegado 9 horas de estrada e estávamos mortos. Na volta, a sala ainda estava com um pouco de cheiro desagradável, mas como o quarto estava bom e estávamos muito cansados para trocar de quarto, decidimos ficamos nesse mesmo. A pernoite também não foi nada agradável. Em ambos os quartos o ar condicionado não esfriava devidamente e, em um deles, no meio da noite, o ar condicionado começou a pingar bastante em cima da cama. Por ser 5:30 da manhã, a alternativa foi dormir no sofá da sala que, como narrado acima, não cheirava bem. Apesar da noite desses problemas, nem tudo foi ruim. A localização do hotel é boa e o café da manhã é muito agradável.

Achamos o quarto ótimo. Ficamos no quarto com vista para o mar, e a varanda é bem grande. A localização é ótima, em pleno calçadão de Ponta Negra, e próximo da Eng.Roberto Freire. Pontos negativos: a garagem (várias manobras a cada mudança de andar) e a piscina, pequena para a quantidade de quartos. O restaurante é bom, com várias opções de lanches e pratos. Mas há poucas mesas, e no café da manhã faltam lugares em alguns horários.

Me surpreendi positivamente em minha estadia no Kings, o hotel é ótimo a localização é perfeita na orla de Ponta Negra, pé na areia. A limpeza dos apartamentos foi o que mais eu gostei sempre muito limpo e organizado, parabéns a equipe de camareiras. O Restaurante também é bom, e o café da manhã saboroso, ótimo custo benefício. Me hospedaria lá novamente com certeza!

Employees lack basic training. Awful food

Worst hotel administration ever. We spent nine nights at this property in total, in one of the luxury rooms, and had arranged directly with the reception to continue staying in our room for another weekend. However, they threw us out three days early because the hotel was suddenly full and the receptionist apparently had not put our reservation into the system and other people had booked our room. Unacceptable! There is absolutely no excuse for this kind of "accident". The hotel itself has potential and cleaning staff do their job (the bathroom still has an unpleasant smell, though), but one might wonder who trained the receptionists and the chefs. Food is absolutely impossible to eat, way too salty, greasy, and fried almost black. The minibar was never refilled. No English was spoken when hotels.com Gold Team had to speak directly with the reception because of a payment issue, so they could not resolve anything. A foul stank from the kitchen sink was not resolved by staff, although we asked.
