"We asked the front desk would it be fine that we checked out the following day @5:30am and the girl said it was fine so that we could collect our $100 deposit and wouldn’t you know that when we got ready to go COULD MOT GET IN CONTACT WITH NO ONE FROM THE OFFICE‼️ deposit stolen‼️"

"I was not informed beforehand about the hotel shuttle, so we had to take a $70 taxi both ways to the airport. I were grossly overcharged and double charged on charges I had to the room. Some staff were super friendly, others were grumpy. Lazy river was awesome."
