"Great location and comfortable bed."

"We were lock out of our room for over 4 hours and tried to get ahold of someone to re program our room door code and couldn’t get ahold of anyone so we went to the next door neighbor and it just happened to be the property manager. This is why I’m not giving an excellent review since we were unable to get into our room for over 4 hours and had to sit in our car since the weather was cloudy, rainy and cold. Other than that we were happy with the room overall."

"I picked this place last minute as my original place fell through. Great choice. Very charming place. Rooms were clean and mattress was comfortable. Lots of choices for the buffet breakfast. The theming in the lobby was very pleasant to relax and enjoy the ambiance. The walk to town was manageable. I would stay there again."

"WE had excellent service! Breakfast was very good. When our television didn't work, it was fixed promptly. WE would elect to stay there again."

"Only issued one keycard because they had a shortage, and that one shorted out twice... The room was clean enough but had obvious wear and tear. I wasn't notified until check-in that I was stuck in a 1st level room despite requesting a 2nd level room. Staff was helpful but very slow, not super proactive. Felt safe because it's Leavenworth, but they only had a half-bolt as security. No latch, no chain. Would not stay here again."

"If you wish to stay here I’d advice to book overlooking the river with balcony. Very beautiful. I would also suggest to bring your own bathroom toiletries. What they offer is not enough for two guest, let alone one person,"

"The Staff was very helpful. I appreciated their efforts to help me locate a shop in the area."

"I loved this place. The room was very clean, and the jetted tub was a bonus. The bed was so comfortable, that my Apple watch gave me a 95% sleep score. I don't even get that a home. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The common deck was extremely pleasant with a beautiful view over the river below. I will definitely stay here on future trips to Leavenworth."

"Clean room friendly and helpful staff"

"Our room was newly renovated and was functional, and clean. The bathroom was large with new double sinks, a large countertop, toilet and a large glass walled shower. All worked well. A large TV was installed with lots of viewing choices. The upper ends of the bedframes were protruding and had sharp corners. I hurt both of my legs when I made unintentional contact with them. The outer corners should be rounded or beveled by 45 degrees."

"Very quiet and scenery is peaceful. Nice walking. Could use more food options, even premade sandwiches for lunch or pastires for breakfast. Smores for night time was very good and fun tho."
