"Bedrooms and beds great. Bathrooms great too. Front of house staff terrible as well as the coffee counter staff. Lazy slow and not interested. Oil was cloudy / filthy. Watched the po cleaner clean the pool. I’m not sure he saw the pool at all as he was glued to his phone. Terrible."
