"We had an incredible stay in Mexico City and couldn’t have asked for a better spot. The location was absolutely prime walkable to so much, close to everything we wanted to see, and easy to get around from. We never felt far from the action.
The food in the area was a highlight all on its own. So many fantastic options within steps of the door, from casual local spots to memorable sit-down meals. We were spoiled for choice every single day.
The property itself was spotless and clearly well...

"The hotel is fairly new. Beds were comfortable, staff were nice and breakfast was good. We stayed one night as we landed super late and wanted to stay somewhere close to the airport. We did use the shuttle, which I called to schedule pick up ahead of time. However upon getting to the airport we waited. I then called the hotel and was told I should have called them to be picked up. I’m unsure what the point of calling ahead and scheduling a pick up was for. Otherwise everything else was good."

"El servicio de la persona en recepciòn fue buena, màs aùn cuando le comentè que me habìa estado comunicando en varias ocasiones, para poder coordinar que me recogieran al llegar al aeropuerto (tomando en cuenta que prestan el servicio), con tiempo anticipado (12 horas) y nunca recibì respuesta.
Lo que hizo la Srita, es proporcionarme un desayuno Continental para el otro dìa en cortesìa.
