"The property is a farm in charming countryside. Upon arrival no one expected us. Gentleman in the office did not speak any English. He made some phone calls to establish that we really supposed to be staying there. We were shown to our rooms. Everything was covered by a layer of dust. There was no electricity. The staff spent next 1.5 fixing electric power. After the power was fixed, it became apparent that the electric heaters in the our two rooms were not functioning. We had no choice, as to...

"Cleanliness and staff were absolutely spot on, however, due to the low season and the weather, we were not able to use the swimming pool and other facilities. Location was perfect for driving to Lecce, Matera and Alberobello."
