"Een zeer open, makkelijke en welkome sfeer. Ontspannen contact met mede bewoners, gezellig samen eten, ontspannen. Heel goed en extra punten voor het gratis gebruik van sups, roeibootjes, vis gerei en fietsen. Vergroot het welkome en thuis gevoel enorm en de beleving is veel completer.
