Stains on the bathroom wall, and chairs in room. Prostitutes out front. Construction going on all around and the doors do not seal well. The positive is the pool area is very well kept. Friends stayed in a suite which was much better than my room and away from the madness up front.

Check in was easy with good customer service. The bed linens were clean and fresh as were the towels. However, our feet were brown from the dirty floors. The tub faucet fell off in my hand. The water in the shower wasn’t hot and to have any kind of warmth to it, the water came out in a very slow stream. I’m took me a long time just to rinse my hair because of the lack of water pressure. There was a gap in the door. I couldn’t see out, but it let in cooler air and I could hear every sound outside. There is no breakfast, but there’s an IHop next door. Pool was nice with a lovely courtyard. Hot tub looked nice.

Room was clean and cool in temperature upon check in. The bed was surprisingly comfortable (not supportive, but comfortable). The shower pressure and temperature was amazing. Unfortunately there is very little ventilation in the bathroom (practically none) but I just left the bathroom door open and it didn’t make the room too hot/humid with the AC running. The mini fridge worked very well. I really liked that they had guest laundry on site that took card and tap to pay (same with the vending machines too). The pool and jacuzzi were clean and the other guests were friendly and respectful.

The overall facilities felt neglected and not taken care of other than cosmetic touchups to conceal true conditions. The room was clean, I guess, but the facilities are asking for a deeper care such as proper removal of drywall, reinstall, paint. The sink was missing the drain stopper, the bed covers had a cigarette burn hole, and the carpet… the carpet is overdue for a replacement. There is no amount of room floral spray that will make unclean feel clean— do the repairs necessary. As it is usual, the photos displayed are never the true conditions, but the conditions encountered were much worse. Due to short notice we couldn’t find something else, but have certainly checked off this of our list and will not be revisiting.

I have stayed here regularly for theast several months for a construction job I'm part of here and I've been 100% satisfied with 99.9% of every aspect my one complaint is some of the riff raff that lurks around here after hours, which one stole mine and the wife's wallets our 3rd or 4th night here but that's my fault for failing to lock our vehicle like I ALWAYS do normally, friendly helpful staff and rooms are clean and they have a Huge Swimming pool compared to majority of hotels
