Had you made this aware to reception at the time we may have been able to move you to another room with only a king bed and the spa in the room (This is subject to availability and needs to be requested at the time of booking) We have just upgraded our Wi-Fi so there shouldn't have been any issues but we will get someone in today to have a look at this. As per the bond - It is standard practice for most hotels to charge a bond if you cannot provide a credit card for security. We hope you can give us another chance in the future. There is a manager on-site who you are able to call with any noise complaints. Unfortunately we cannot control the noise coming from other businesses down the road.
